1 – Chicken, potato and chayote porridge
Chicken is a low-fat meat that serves as a source of iron, protein and B-complex vitamins. Potatoes are rich in carbohydrates for energy, and chayote helps the baby’s digestion.
Ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon (dessert) vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon onion (finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoons chicken, cut into very small cubes
- ½ small potato, cut into very small cubes
- 2 tablespoons chayote, diced
Way of doing:
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the minced meat well. Then add the manioc and listen to it. Cover everything with water and cover the pan, let it cook until all the ingredients are very soft. Mash everything with a fork and wait for it to cool before serving.
2 – Pea porridge

4 – Zucchini porridge

- ½ zucchini
- chayote
